At Sansthaan, we strive to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange option within 7 days from the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

Conditions for Exchange

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange request. Requests without this video will not be processed.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact Us:
    Reach out to our customer service team via email at support@sansthaan.com, providing your order number and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization:
    Our team will issue a return authorization number and provide detailed instructions for sending the item back.
  3. Send the Parcel:
    Ship the item to the address provided by our team.

Shipping and Charges

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • Service Fees:
  • ₹100 for maintenance (includes GST, payment gateway charges, and order processing fees).
  • ₹200 for courier charges (covers return and reverse pickup).

We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as Sansthaan is not liable for any items lost or damaged during the return process.

Processing Your Exchange

Once we receive the returned item and verify it meets the exchange criteria, we will promptly process your exchange.
