Please Note: Products marked as “final sale,” “discounted,” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for a return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been opened or used, such as personal care items and consumables.
  • Items that are damaged due to improper use or handling after delivery.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Ensure the product is securely packed in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
  4. Ship the item to the return address provided.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • Delivery and return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refund Amount: Your refund will be for the product price minus the delivery and return shipping charges.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

7. Cancellations
