1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Sansthaan’s online store and purchases of goods, PDFs, software, subscriptions, licences, and services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific terms displayed before purchase.
2. Eligibility and account
You must provide accurate information and have legal capacity to enter a contract. If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under the account. Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorised use.
3. Product information and pricing
We seek to describe products, service scope, specifications, compatibility, availability, taxes, delivery times, and prices accurately. Images and previews are illustrative unless expressly stated. We may correct errors, update information, or decline an order affected by an obvious pricing or listing error, subject to applicable law and refund of amounts paid for an unfulfilled order.
4. Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily constitute acceptance. A contract is formed when we accept the order, dispatch the goods, make the digital product available, or begin the service, as applicable. We may reject or cancel an order for legal, stock, payment, fraud, technical, or other legitimate reasons and will communicate the next steps.
5. Payments, taxes, and invoices
Payments must be made through the methods shown at checkout. You authorise the payment provider to process the transaction. Prices may include or exclude taxes as displayed. Applicable GST or other taxes, shipping charges, duties, or statutory levies will be shown where required. We may issue invoices electronically.
6. Physical goods
Risk and delivery arrangements are governed by the order information and applicable law. You should inspect goods promptly and report damage, shortage, wrong item, or material defect within a reasonable period with photographs and order details where relevant. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
7. PDFs and digital content
A PDF or other digital product is licensed for personal or the purchasing organisation’s internal use unless the listing states otherwise. You must not resell, redistribute, publicly share, upload, reproduce, or remove rights notices except as permitted by law or by a separate written licence. Digital access may be limited by a download window, account controls, or licence key.
8. Software
Software is licensed, not sold, under the product-specific licence presented at purchase or, if none is provided, a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the stated user or device count. You must not reverse engineer, bypass technical controls, sublicense, rent, or commercially redistribute the software except where mandatory law permits. Updates may be necessary for security or compatibility. Third-party components may have their own licences.
9. Services
Service scope, deliverables, milestones, client responsibilities, fees, and acceptance criteria should be stated in the order, proposal, statement of work, or invoice. Delays caused by missing information, late approvals, or events outside our reasonable control may extend timelines. Unless expressly agreed, we do not guarantee a particular business, financial, employment, compliance, or other outcome.
10. Acceptable use
- Do not use Sansthaan’s website, products, or services unlawfully or to infringe rights.
- Do not interfere with security, access controls, payment systems, delivery systems, or other users.
- Do not submit malware, unlawful content, or personal data that you lack authority to provide.
- Do not misuse promotional codes, refunds, trials, licences, downloads, or support channels.
11. Intellectual property
Sansthaan and its licensors own or control the website, branding, software, documentation, templates, text, graphics, and other content except third-party materials and customer-provided content. No rights are transferred except the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms or a separate written agreement.
12. Warranties and liability
We provide products and services with the warranties expressly stated in the listing, order, licence, or applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sansthaan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer remedies, fraud, or wilful misconduct.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Sansthaan against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, breach of these Terms, infringement, or content supplied by you. This clause does not apply to the extent a claim results from Sansthaan’s own unlawful conduct.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access or terminate an account for material breach, fraud, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirement. Accrued payment obligations, intellectual-property restrictions, disclaimers, liability provisions, and dispute provisions survive termination.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Courts in India will have jurisdiction to the extent legally permitted. Before filing a formal proceeding, the parties should attempt good-faith resolution through Sansthaan’s contact details below, unless urgent relief or a statutory remedy is required.
